RETURN IT NOTICE
RETURN IT – We truly hope you are delighted with your Rerun it purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return it, we offer a 14-day returns period. Please ensure your items arrive back at Rerun it within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Items returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
We kindly ask that your items are in a resalable condition, just as you received them, with tags/labels still intact, if applicable, and in the original packaging.
Please notify Rerun it within 24 hours of receiving your order if you have any queries regarding it. In this instance, please Contact Us here, quoting your order number.
POST IT – We kindly ask that you ensure your items are adequately packaged before posting them back to Rerun it, using an appropriate service. We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. To keep your returns safe, please use tracked mail for proof of postage.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we are not in a position to reimburse postage costs for returned items. Thank you for your understanding and support.
REFUND IT – Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will notify you via email. Please be aware that processing delays may occur if essential information is missing. To ensure a smooth refund process, kindly include your order number in all correspondence.
Refund Duration – Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. We endeavour to complete your refund as soon as we can. Please note that there may be additional processing time before your refund is officially posted. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or on your card.

CANCEL IT – If you need to cancel your order, please Contact Us including your order number with your correspondence. As Rerun it aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment verification, please act promptly to prevent the item(s) from being shipped.
DISPATCH IT – We strive to dispatch orders placed Monday-Friday within 24 hours of payment notification. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. While this is an estimated delivery timeframe and cannot be guaranteed, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be posted the following Monday. Orders placed over a public holiday weekend will be sent out on the next available business day.
SHIP IT – Currently, we ship to the UK mainland only, which excludes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands, PO Boxes, and British Forces Post Office locations. We use EVRI standard tracked shipping for all orders to ensure they reach you safely.
