We strive to provide honest descriptions of our items, and each garment comes with an explanation of its condition. All garments have an in-store categorisation, and below you’ll find a description of their condition based on the category allocated. If any defects are present, we will highlight them in the product description.

| PREOWNED FAIR | I’m a previously owned item that is in fair used condition. I may display some signs of wear that are comparable with my age, but overall, I am still entirely wearable and have character. . |
| PREOWNED VINTAGE | I’m a previously owned item that is in good used condition. I may have slight signs of wear that are comparable with my age, but overall, I have been well looked after. I am vintage and therefore come from a particular era in time and fashion, namely pre-1990s. |
